By booking a ticket and confirming payment you agree to the following terms for ice skating at The Manor on Ice:

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that ice skating is a physical activity that carries inherent risks including – slips and falls – collisions with other skaters or rink barriers – and injuries such as bruises, sprains, dislocations, fractures or cuts.

I acknowledge that The Manor on Ice rink uses real ice which may vary in condition due to weather or use.

I accept that I skate entirely at my own risk.

HEALTH AND FITNESS
I confirm that I am physically fit to take part in ice skating.

I am not pregnant and do not suffer from any heart, back, knee or hip condition that could be affected by skating.

I will inform rink management of any medical condition that may affect my safety.

SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN I understand that –

• Children only over the age of 4 years are able to ice skate
• Children aged 8 and under must be accompanied and supervised on the ice by a paying adult
• Children aged 9–12 must be supervised by a responsible adult from the viewing area
• All children remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian at all times

SAFETY AND RULES
I agree to follow the Rules of the Rink and the instructions of Ice Marshals and management.

I will not skate at speed – perform tricks – skate backwards – or engage in unsafe behaviour.

Failure to follow rink rules may result in removal without refund.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
The Manor on Ice is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged belongings.

LIABILITY WAIVER
I release and discharge The Manor on Ice – its owners – operators – staff – and affiliates – from all claims or liabilities for injuries or damages arising from my participation, except where caused by proven negligence.

MEDICAL CONSENT
In case of injury I consent to basic first aid or emergency treatment if required and accept responsibility for any costs incurred.

MEDIA CONSENT
I consent to photos or videos taken at The Manor on Ice being used for promotional or safety purposes without compensation.

AGREEMENT
By completing my booking, I confirm that I have read, understood and accepted the above terms and that I skate entirely at my own risk.
